I had a block in the baffle which they cleaned out, pumped the tank and cleaned it out thoroughly, put a new lid on with an access and closed it over again very neatly. Provided a years supply of chemicals to keep the septic operating efficiently along with other advise. They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
