high pressure drainline blockage removal & cleaning
High Pressure water jetting is an efficient way to clean drain and sewer lines. It is quick, economical and environmentally safe, and can be used on many types of pipes. Using state of the art water jet technology, water is propelled under varying amounts of pressure into the sewer or drain line. A special nozzle mounted on the end of a heavy-duty hose has an array of forward and reverse jets to direct powerful cleansing streams of water all the way to the pipe walls, cutting through even the toughest blockages. We are equipped to clean lines as small as 1″ or as large as 6″.

video camera service
A picture is worth a thousand words. If you have sewer line problems we can run our video scope down the sewer line to pin point the exact nature of your problem. Our camera can identify root infiltration, cracked pipes, and blockages. In many cases this allows us to do a spot repair versus replacing the entire sewer line. We won’t just tell you what is going on in your line… we will show you. Our camera can see in lines as small as 2″ or as large as 8″.
Root Cutting and Rooter Services
Sewer lines clogged with tree roots? Have no fear! We have the solution!
Roots from trees and large shrubs often cause blockages and damage to pipes and drainage systems, causing many sewer lines to backup into the home. Roots commonly enter sewer pipes through cracks or loose joints resulting from ground settling, improper installation or crushing of the pipe.
Roots are attracted to the water vapor that escapes through cracks or loose joints in sewer pipes, resulting in the roots moving towards and penetrating through cracks, loose joints or any openings in sewer pipes. This happens even in the winter when trees appear to be dormant.
Once inside, roots will continue to grow and fill the pipe to create a root mass that can become matted with grease, paper and other solid matter. This is what eventually causes a clogged sewer.
Once the roots reach this stage, it is time to call us to take care of the problem.
We have found that the most effective ways to remove roots are by the use of high-pressure water jetting using a hydraulic root removing nozzle, or by running a machine powered snake with a root cutting head to open the line. We determine which method to use based on the material of the sewer line – PVC, Terra-cotta tile, etc. – making short work of almost any sewer line blockage.
It is worth noting, however, that there are severe cases in which the root masses in the sewer lines are too intense for our equipment to penetrate. In this situation, it is necessary to dig up the sewer line and either replace a section or replace the entire pipe from house to septic tank, drain field or street.
public sewer hookup
We also provide public sewer hookup services for those who live in towns or boroughs. Residents should be aware, however, that their city, town or borough is only responsible for the public sewer main, not the connecting lines running to the main – such as those from your home. The homeowner is responsible for the connection and cleaning of the sewer service lines (lateral) from the house or building to the public sewer main.
